Organisation Chart and Function of Personnel Department:
 

The Personnel Department of Vijayawada Division deals with all aspects of human resource management, from recruitment to retirement.  It is headquartered on the 1st floor of the DRM Office.  The role of the Personnel Department in a vast organisation needs no specific mention.

The Personnel Department is headed by Sr. DPO and is assisted by 4 APOs.  Some of the major activities done by the department, in brief, are as under.
